InsideDelogue: Meet Head of Customer Success

Written by Anja Padget | Oct 23, 2025 8:32:22 AM

At Delogue PLM, customer relationships go beyond support tickets and onboarding sessions - they’re about partnership, trust, and a shared understanding of how the fashion industry works.

To explore how Delogue’s Customer Success team helps brands get the most out of their PLM journey, we sat down with Ulla Bang Jørgensen, Head of Customer Success, to learn more about her story, her team’s mission, and what makes great customer collaboration.

You can find the entire interview with Ulla here.

Who is Ulla Bang Jørgensen?

Ulla joined Delogue more than three years ago, but her connection to the platform goes much deeper. Before she began working at Delogue, she ran her own kidswear brand and was part of Delogue’s very first steps as a platform.

That experience shaped how she approaches every partnership today. Having once stood in her customers’ shoes, she understands what brands need to make collaboration work.

With a deep understanding of the fashion industry’s daily challenges, Ulla bridges the gap between technology and people. Her mission is simple: to make sure every brand feels supported, heard, and confident using Delogue as the foundation for their success.

A Mission Built on Relationships

When asked what defines a good day for her team, Ulla smiles:

“Basically, we want the customers to love us. We really want to be personal, close to the customers. And we want them to think that, all right, they know our needs, and we can always reach out and get proper replies.”

That personal approach is at the heart of how Delogue builds long-term customer relationships. For Ulla, success isn’t measured only by metrics - it’s about connection, empathy, and trust.

Turning Challenges into Collaboration

Working closely with customers means the team gets to see both the big and small challenges that brands face every day.

“Well, they can be many,” Ulla explains. “From little details about how to create a report and get exactly the right data, to learning how to use parts of the platform they haven’t explored yet. It’s about helping them make sense of Delogue in their setup.”

She continues:

Honesty Builds Strong Relationships

Trust is the foundation of every great partnership - and for Ulla, it all starts with transparency.

“In my role, and what I believe in, is to be honest. Honesty and transparency. I’m not afraid to say, ‘This makes perfect sense, but this is not what we can do yet.’ I would never tell them something which is not true.”

That kind of honesty helps customers feel supported and confident in the collaboration, even when the answer isn’t immediate. “It’s about finding the right solution together,” she adds.

Fashion Knows No Fixed Rules

If there’s one thing Ulla wishes all customers knew, it’s how deeply her team understands their world.

“We all come from the fashion industry. We’ve all tried to work in it, and we know the processes. I’ve just hired someone new, and my main goal was to get someone who knows the industry - because it’s really hard to learn.”

And that industry background shapes how the team works with brands.

“There’s not a law for fashion,” she says. “If you worked in bookkeeping, there’d be a lot of laws you have to follow. But within fashion, everyone has made a system that works. So you can’t tell them ‘this is right and this is wrong’ - you have to listen, adapt, and find common ground.”

At the Heart of Delogue’s Promise

Ulla’s approach to customer success reflects Delogue’s overall mission - to create a tool that helps fashion brands simplify their work while strengthening collaboration across teams and partners.

Her words sum it up best:

“Basically, we want the customers to love us. That’s what drives us every day.”
