Strategic priorities and momentum

Looking back at 2025, Jonas describes a year focused on preparing Delogue for its next phase of growth. The company faced the challenge of maintaining a legacy platform while simultaneously investing heavily in new development. To meet these demands, Delogue significantly expanded its engineering capacity, laying the groundwork for faster delivery and innovation in the years ahead.

With this foundation in place, the focus is now shifting from preparation to execution.

Why partnerships are crucial for Delogue

Beyond product and technology, 2025 was also about strengthening Delogue’s go-to-market approach. Improving how efficiently the company acquires new customers has been a key priority, and the early signals are encouraging. Traction, performance data, and customer interest all point in the right direction.

One standout moment from the year was Delogue’s tech event - TechThreads, which helped reposition the company within the broader fashion-tech landscape particularly in Denmark and across the Nordics.

“I think we really put Delogue back on the map - especially from a tech perspective in Denmark and the Nordics.” Jonas states.

Delogue’s role in a pressured fashion industry

When choosing partners, Kristian looks for more than just functionality. “Delogue is built with a fashion-native purpose, so we want to work with IT solutions that share the same DNA,” he says. Innovation and personal chemistry matters just as much.

By streamlining workflows and enabling better data movement, Delogue aims to help brands remain competitive in an increasingly challenging environment.

Looking ahead: Delogue and leadership

Looking forward, the focus is on turning investment into tangible impact. With an expanded engineering team in place, Delogue is now positioned to accelerate product delivery. Not by adding unnecessary features, but by improving and automating what already exists.

This direction is closely tied to emerging technologies such as AI, which Jonas sees as a way to support customers by reducing manual work and increasing operational efficiency.

On a personal level, Jonas also highlights the importance of leadership alignment. With a relatively new leadership team in place, building strong collaboration and shared direction remains a key focus for the future.
