Pegador's Journey to Streamlined Operations with Delogue PLM

Pegador has carved out a name for itself in the European streetwear scene -blending everyday comfort with sharp design and growing at a pace few startups sustain. With increasing demand and a growing product range, the brand needed a smarter way to manage its development workflows. That’s when Delogue PLM came into play.

What Happens When Growth Outpaces Your Tools?

That was the quiet realization Pegador faced as their streetwear brand rapidly scaled beyond borders, collections, and expectations. Known for blending everyday comfort with elevated design, Pegador had momentum - new markets, major retailers, and a growing internal team. But as the brand expanded, its internal setup was straining to keep up.

The turning point came 1.5 years ago, when Pegador decided to implement Delogue PLM.

Built to Grow

Founded in 2016 by two young entrepreneurs, Pegador has evolved from a local passion project into one of the most exciting names in European streetwear. Their direct-to-consumer model and tightly curated drops quickly earned them a loyal following in Germany and the Netherlands. With the US market now firmly on their radar, and major retailers like Snipes and Zalando stocking their collections, Pegador was ready to scale - but the backend wasn’t.

Like many high-growth brands, their product development tools hadn’t caught up with their ambitions. Files were scattered across laptops, folders, and inboxes. Measurement charts, sketches, and essential documents were hard to keep track of. Without a centralized system, version control became a guessing game. Small oversights led to big errors. Basic tasks took far too long and slowed down the creative work that matters most.

The decision to implement Delogue was driven by the need to organize and streamline Pegador’s product development processes.

"Our team needed a solution that could centralize all product data, improve communication, and enhance efficiency," Tanja notes. "Delogue was the perfect fit due to its user-friendly interface and specialized features for the fashion industry."

A Platform That Fits the Culture

Delogue PLM brought immediate clarity. With one central hub to manage everything from size charts and BOMs to supplier communication, the team could finally move at the speed of their ideas.

Everything became easier to find. Data accuracy improved. Internal collaboration strengthened. External communication flowed faster and more smoothly. Most importantly, the creative team could focus on design and innovation - not on chasing down files or double-checking spreadsheets.

Onboarding That Moves at Your Pace

Despite the complexity of Pegador’s processes, the Delogue onboarding experience was structured, smooth, and supportive. For Tanja, who joined just as implementation was kicking off, that made all the difference.

“The support we received throughout the onboarding process was excellent. Despite our complex needs, Delogue helped us prioritize and implement the system effectively,” she recalls.

Creative Freedom, Backed by Structure

Today, Pegador continues to grow with a clearer, more scalable product development process. Delogue isn’t just a tool in the background - it’s a key part of how the brand protects its creative identity while expanding across markets and seasons.

What this partnership shows is that structure doesn’t hold creativity back. It unlocks it. With Delogue PLM, Pegador is no longer managing chaos, they’re managing momentum.
