Copenhagen, Denmark - April 2026 - Delogue is introducing the Supplier Module, a new way of working with suppliers directly inside the platform. Rolled out in steps throughout spring 2026, the module is designed to bring greater transparency, efficiency and structure to supplier collaboration.
Rather than adding another layer of administration, the Supplier Module brings supplier management into the core of product development - where it belongs.
The first step of the Supplier Module launched in early March 2026, opening up a new way for brands and suppliers to work together in Delogue.
Suppliers can now access all brand-related information in one place, making it easier to follow style processes and stay aligned. At the same time, both brands and suppliers can build structured libraries of suppliers and sub-suppliers, creating a clearer and more connected overview of the supply chain.
This shift lays the foundation for a more collaborative and transparent workflow, where information is shared, structured and accessible to everyone involved.
With the second step launched mid April 2026, the Supplier Module expands into supply chain mapping.
Brands can now map styles and items directly at purchase order (PO) level with their assigned suppliers. This makes it possible to connect product data, suppliers and processes in one shared structure, improving both traceability and day-to-day collaboration.
At the same time, users gain full visibility of mapping activities. It is now possible to monitor the status of mapping requests and track pending actions, helping teams stay on top of every step in the process. This structured approach reflects how supplier collaboration should work in practice: connected to the product, not managed across disconnected tools.
The third step of the Supplier Module has now launched, introducing certification management directly inside Delogue 2.0.
Suppliers can now upload and manage certifications at both supplier and sub-supplier level, giving brands a clearer overview of documentation across their supply chain. This creates a more structured way to manage both facility and product certificates, maintain visibility and support compliance-related workflows directly inside the platform.
By bringing supplier documentation into the same shared structure as the rest of the supply chain data, teams can reduce the need to manage information across emails, spreadsheets and external systems.
The next step will extend certification management into supply chain mappings, allowing certificates and related documentation to be connected directly to specific mapping flows and approval processes.
The Supplier Module is being rolled out in steps, with each phase adding new functionality to support a more connected and transparent way of working with suppliers.
