As teams grow, so does the complexity of setting up and rolling out Delogue effectively. For organisations with 8 or more users, we require the Core+ package to ensure the onboarding is structured in a way that sets your team up for long-term success.
At this scale, we also require the customer to assign a dedicated onboarding super user. This person serves as the internal owner of the onboarding process, responsible for driving it forward internally, coordinating with the right participants, and acting as the primary link between your organisation and Delogue. This ensures clear ownership internally and allows us to deliver the most effective and tailored onboarding experience possible.

Project Plan
We establish a project plan for implementing Delogue PLM at the launch meeting. The project plan can be a simple 1-page overview outlining responsibilities for small teams or a more thorough plan including timeline, scope, milestones, project management meetings, specific tasks, responsibilities, etc. for larger organisations. The plan will be drafted, adjusted, and approved in close dialogue with the project team.
Setting the Project Team
You must have assigned the necessary organisational resources and a project team, and responsibilities must be defined:
Project Manager: The single point of contact when it comes to communication and decisions related to the project. The Project Manager must have the formal authority to make the required decisions on a day-to-day basis. Level of involvement is 1–2 days a week in the implementation phase and participation in meetings.
Delogue Account Manager: Delogue will dedicate a Customer Success Manager to be the single point of contact during the project and support the Project Manager in driving the onboarding forward, using Delogue’s best practices.
.The size, frequency of meetings, timelines, etc. for the project team depends on the organisational and process complexity within your company.
Launch Meeting
Prior to the onboarding process, one or more planning meetings involving the project team are required. The purpose of the launch meeting is to review the onboarding plan, agree on workshop dates, align on meeting participants and give access to the onboarding material.
Onboarding Terms
A designated Project Manager has to be defined prior to the onboarding start. The Project Manager is in charge of bookings, attendance and process together with Delogue’s onboarding team. Users will be grouped for training, i.e. not trained individually. Onboarding sessions must be scheduled in advance for Delogue trainers to plan and prepare.
The customer is required to adhere to the project plan created at the launch meeting. This ensures the customer can complete their onboarding within the time frame specified in their onboarding package. This means the customer must prepare the agreed-upon assignments outlined in the project plan.
If the scheduled onboarding is not completed within the allotted time due to the customer not fulfilling their responsibilities or postponing their workshops repeatedly, the responsibility lies with the customer. In such cases, they will need to purchase additional meetings if they wish to extend their onboarding time.
No-show or cancellation of scheduled meetings or training sessions within 24 hours prior to start will be invoiced EUR 160 / DKK 1.200 by Delogue.
Customer Success & Customer Support
Subsequent to the finalised onboarding, Delogue’s Customer Success and Customer Support Team ensure ongoing support. Delogue’s dedicated Customer Success Manager, responsible for the implementation, remains the point of contact for your Project Manager.
For technical questions, Delogue’s Customer Support Team is available through free ticket support within opening hours at support@delogue.com.
