Introducing Delogue 2.0: Built with purpose

We’re excited to introduce Delogue 2.0, a thoughtfully reimagined version of our platform, built to meet the changing needs of product development teams. With a modern interface and an upgraded technical foundation, Delogue 2.0 is designed to make everyday work smoother, smarter, and more future-ready. But don’t worry, nothing is disappearing overnight. The transition will happen step by step, and users can continue working in the current platform while getting to know the new one at their own pace. To begin with, we’re releasing just a small part of the new platform: the Taskboard. This first step lets us gather valuable feedback, which we’ll use to shape and refine the core modules as we continue building Delogue 2.0 together.

Why Delogue 2.0?

As teams grow and ways of working evolve, so do the expectations for how digital tools should support that work. With Delogue 2.0, we’ve taken a long, honest look at what works, and where things could be better.

“We looked at how our clients actually work, and how they’re going to work in the near future.”

Halldór Gunnarsson, Chief Technical Officer at Delogue

Delogue 2.0 is not a restart, it’s a continuation, built on everything we’ve learned together with our customers over the years. The familiar collaboration is still there, but now with a cleaner design and a technical foundation ready for what’s next.

The main reasons

The decision to build Delogue 2.0 was not taken lightly. It comes from a clear need to modernise the platform, both in terms of design and underlying technology. While the current version has served our customers well for many years, it was reaching its limits in terms of flexibility and speed. As needs evolve and digital tools become more interconnected, we knew we had to rethink how Delogue could continue to support teams in a smarter and more scalable way.

Delogue 2.0 introduces a new, more flexible foundation that allows us to build faster, integrate more deeply with other systems, and respond more quickly to feedback. It’s designed to be more intuitive for everyday users while also powerful enough to support advanced use cases, automation, and modern data flows.

Another important driver is longevity. We’re not just fixing what could be better today, we’re laying the groundwork for tomorrow. With an API-first approach and a much more agile technical setup, we’re preparing Delogue to support your work as it continues to grow in complexity and pace.

The transition

Delogue 2.0 is rolling out gradually. You’ll start seeing new features appear in the updated layout, beginning with the Taskboard, a redesigned version of the Dashboard that gives our customers a safe space to explore without interrupting critical areas of the platform. By starting with a less critical part of the platform, we can gather valuable feedback and make adjustments before moving on to core areas like styles and items.

You’ll be able to switch back and forth between the new and current version of Delogue, depending on what you’re working on. Both platforms are fully connected, meaning updates made in one will always be reflected in the other.

“All change takes some getting used to, and we know that. That’s why we’re releasing new features bit by bit. And just like always, our team is here to guide you.”

Ulla Bang Jørgensen, Head of Customer Success at Delogue

You can expect help articles, webinars, and other resources along the way. The transition is meant to be flexible and transparent, and we’re listening closely to your feedback throughout the process. In fact, the first two knowledge base articles are already live. feel free to check them out to get an early look at what’s coming in the Taskbord and Delogue 2.0 in general.

Key differences and improvements

Right from the start, you’ll notice a fresh look and feel. Delogue 2.0 introduces a more intuitive UI, updated colors, and a structure that makes it easier to navigate. But it’s more than just looks. Bulk actions, fewer clicks, faster response times, and more streamlined workflows are just some of the improvements. Communication is being made more visible and central, so it’s easier to stay on top of what’s happening, all within the context of your work.

Delogue 2.0 is an evolution, not a replacement. You can keep working as you always have, while gradually discovering new tools and features that are built with purpose, and built for you.
