Welcome to the very first edition of InsideDelogue where I, Anja Padget, will take you around the Delogue office in Copenhagen, and give you an insight into who we are, what we do and what the thoughts lay behind the different roles.
At Delogue, we believe that collaboration is key - not only with our customers but also with the many tech partners who help us build a stronger ecosystem for the fashion industry. For this edition of InsideDelogue, I sat down with our Head of Partnerships, Kristian Wahl, to get his take on why partnerships matter, what makes a good one, and how they benefit fashion brands in very real ways.
You can find the entire interview with Kristian here.
Who is Kristian Wahl?
Kristian has worked at Delogue since January 2025, and to say that he hit the ground running would be an understatement. We had just launched the plans for our first big event TechThreads. This event was centeret around our tech partners and our collaborative approach. Kristian played a central role in shaping the event, where partnerships weren’t just highlighted - they were the driving force behind its success.
By bringing together a diverse group of technology partners, Kristian ensured that the event showcased not only Delogue’s own strengths but also the power of integration and collaboration across the fashion tech ecosystem. His ability to align partners around a shared vision of seamless data, innovation, and customer value created an atmosphere where the industry could see, firsthand, how much stronger we are when we stand together.

Why partnerships are crucial for Delogue
Kristian explains it simply: “As a standalone, we still have value. But it’s in the partnerships - the integrations - that we really unlock potential. We can’t stand alone. Fashion brands need a full tech stack, and we’re one part of that. So it’s vital we align with vendors that support and complement our functions.”
In other words, partnerships aren’t just “nice to have.” They’re the foundation for delivering the seamless, structured, centralised data that fashion brands need.
What makes a strong partnership?
When choosing partners, Kristian looks for more than just functionality. “Delogue is built with a fashion-native purpose, so we want to work with IT solutions that share the same DNA,” he says. Innovation and personal chemistry matters just as much.
“Communication, alignment, and trust are essential. Everything starts with communication, but it needs to end with real integration that supports our customers.”

Why it matters for fashion brands
For brands, these partnerships make a real difference. “The fashion industry has been so dependent on spreadsheets and analog processes,” Kristian points out. “If we want to move away from silos and errors, we need to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with other tech providers. Together we can illustrate both the urgency and the benefits of digitalisation.”
Ultimately, partnerships are about trust. They show customers that Delogue is part of a bigger ecosystem working toward the same goal: freeing up time for creativity by eliminating inefficiencies in product development.
Looking ahead
As Kristian sums it up: “It’s about spreading the gospel. Partnering is do or die - not to be dramatic, but it’s the only way to avoid errors, make room for innovation, and support brands in the way they deserve.”
At Delogue, we’ll continue to build meaningful partnerships that strengthen the industry and create smoother workflows for fashion brands everywhere.
