On 17 december, we wrapped up the year with our final webinar of 2025, a special session focused not on a single feature, but on the bigger picture: what we’ve built, what we’ve learned, and what we’re getting ready to deliver next.
Moderated by Anja Padget, the webinar brought together some of the Delogue PLM management team, Jonas Midtgaard (CEO), Halldór Gunnarsson (CTO) and Rasmus Nielsen (CPO) for a clear, honest status update on the platform, and a forward-looking view into the platform priorities shaping 2026.
As Anja Padget shared at the start, the goal was simple: to go through what 2025 has been for Delogue… and then… what’s coming up next.
What 2025 was really about: the engine room
A recurring theme throughout the webinar was that much of 2025 has been focused behind the scenes, strengthening the foundations so Delogue can move faster, scale better, and support customers in a market that is putting pressure on every margin.
Jonas Midtgaard reflected on how quickly things are moving right now, describing the past year as one of the most fast-changing periods he’s experienced. He also spoke about what many fashion businesses are facing right now: geopolitical instability, disrupted supply chains, inflation, and ongoing ESG pressure, all while trying to stay competitive in a demanding market. In that context, the message from Delogue was clear: when external conditions are tough, the wins come from improving what you can control internally.
“The challenges and changes going on, both for Delogue and the industry, are happening at a pace I have personally not seen before.”
Jonas Midtgaard, Chief Executive Officer at Delogue
That is where Delogue’s focus on operational excellence comes in, a concept summed up as looking at the way brands are working to find the small areas where gains can be made.
Investment, hiring, and a platform built to move faster
A key part of this progress has been a strong focus on building long-term capacity. Over the past year, Delogue has doubled its investment in technology and welcomed 12 new colleagues into its Copenhagen-based development and product team.
Much of this work has taken place behind the scenes. Rather than focusing on quick wins, the emphasis has been on strengthening the platform’s foundations, improving stability, scalability and overall performance. This groundwork is essential to support new features, smoother integrations and more efficient workflows, ensuring Delogue is well prepared to meet the demands of both customers and the wider industry in the years ahead.
Three principles guiding what comes next
Looking into 2026, Halldór Gunnarsson outlined three guiding principles shaping the next phase of the platform:
1. Modern UI & Comprehensive Bulk Actions
2. API-first approach for integrations
3. AI & Automation working smarter
It was made clear that a new interface is not about making things prettier, it is about structuring the platform so the information that you need is available when you need it, and helping users do more with less clicks, in less time.
On integrations, the goal is to remove repetition and reduce the need for manual exports and reuploads.
“You shouldn’t be redoing the same work over and over in multiple platforms. Data should be in one place, and then flow into your tech stack.”
Halldór Gunnarsson, Chief Technical Officer at Delogue
The 2026 priorities users asked for
A lot of attention went to the supplier module, particularly because of the industry timeline towards digital product passport requirements. Delogue is rolling out the module in batches so customers can adopt changes early and gradually.
The roadmap shared included early visibility into supply chain structure, mapping flows, approvals, and the ability for suppliers to upload and manage certificates, with clearer oversight for brands on expiry dates and what documentation is connected to a specific style or item.
“What’s coming up first will be the supplier module, and then it will be bulk actions and integrations.”
Rasmus Nielsen, Chief Product Officer at Delogue
Looking ahead
The webinar closed with a shared sense of momentum. After a year focused on building, investing and strengthening foundations, the focus now turns to what comes next, translating that groundwork into tangible improvements for users throughout 2026.
The conversations, questions and reflections shared during the session highlighted a common goal: making product data easier to work with, better connected across systems, and more supportive of the realities fashion and textile companies face today.
